Let me smile & pretend
that everything’s just fine.
Obviously, it’s not
but don’t worry about me.
I’m much better off
pretending my façade
is actually fooling someone.
No one will know,
no one will know.
Just keep it quiet
don’t let anyone know
that inside I’m crying.
